If a student loses their pass, they would have to purchase a pass for the remaining months ($27 per month), until the new pass period (Dec. or March).  When the new pass period comes around, a new pass can be issued, but since they won’t have their old pass to turn in they would have to turn in a new application form signed by their parents.  If a student put their pass in the wrong slot on the bus and it is eaten by the bus, they will have to contact METRO LOST & FOUND @ 206-553-3000 to track it down and get it back.  If the pass is put into the dollar bill slot and it eats the pass, it ends up going to the vault with the cash box.  When the vault counts the money and finds the pass, they will send the pass to their Lost & Found.
