thorough error analysis is necessary to evaluate why results are not
consistent and whether sufficient data has been collected to make a
conclusion.

it meets criteria established for solving the problem. The reasons that
the device solves the problem or does not solve the problem can be exp=
lained
using scientific principles, which will often lead to improvements in =
