     I am enjoying  teaching at Enatai, and am loving 1st grade!  Teaching still feels like a new career for me - this is my sixth year of teaching.  I have a background in natural resource management,  and from about 1985 until 2002, I worked for the federal government in a variety of agencies and capacities.  I was a National Park Ranger at Redwood and North Cascades National Parks, a Peace Corps Volunteer in Jamaica, and most recently an Outdoor Recreation Planner and Environmental Planner for the Bureau of Land Management in California.  It is fun to bring these broad and varied experiences to the classroom.
