Other Info	In designated Japanese 3 classes, students may choose to pay a fee to co-enroll in a Bellevue Community College Japanese 102 class. Those earning a "B" grade or better in the course can receive 102 credit for taking Japanese 3 in the high school. Course 102 satisfies the World Language requirement for entry into Washington four-year universities.
Location	Bellevue

This class will be conducted entirely in Japanese 100% of the time. The emphasis will be on oral participation and development of the skills learned in Japanese 1 and 2. Reading materials on various topics will be provided and skills in written composition will be stressed. Students will continue to learn casual spoken Japanese, as well as additional grammatical features and sentence patterns. Students will learn from current videos which present modern Japanese society. Opportunities for cultural exchange and for study abroad in Japan will continue to be available.
