Students may take the AP
Chinese Language exam in the spring. Those receiving a 3,4 or 5 may
receive college credit in 200-level equivalent courses, depending upon
the university. This course is subject to sufficient enrollment. |

| This class is
designed to deepen students' Chinese language skills and cultural
understanding with the continued use of authentic materials. Students
will continue to develop advanced proficiency in the language with an
emphasis on literature and composition. Authentic reading materials in a
variety of subjects will provide students with a deeper understanding of
Chinese culture and language. Class will be conducted entirely in
Chinese and will serve as a preparation for the AP Chinese Language
exam. |
