This course is an introduction to computer skills and their applications for drawing, design, graphics and photography. Students will work both in the computer lab and the art studio combining digital work with traditional materials. Class assignments explore the elements and principles of art while instructing students in the applications of PhotoShop and other software to transform draw-ings, photographs and other traditional media through manipulation, importing, scanning and printing. This is a foundations class for the AP 2D Design Portfolio
