This class will build upon the basics learned in Chinese 1. Students will increase their listening and speaking skills, enlarge their vocabulary and develop greater command of sentence structure. Reading and writing are stressed in this course. Students will continue to learn about Chinese culture through a variety of activities and projects, including Chinese word processing. Use of target language in class will gradually increase, with 90% of the class conducted in Chinese by the end of the course.
