Students learn to capture and compose images with a camera and to develop compositional skills with a photographic eye. Students will also learn the history and development of photographic technology while exploring it importance in journalism, advertising, as a fine art and commercial applications for possible career choice. Students will learn darkroom techniques, although the major emphasis will be on digital photography including Photoshop. Access to a camera is required
