Teacher assistants for art will strengthen their understanding of the elements and principles of art. They will be expected to help design and hang student art shows and displays. They will assist with class lessons by providing examples of art work, finding books on artists, compiling art history reports, and organizing supplies. They will learn skills such as mat cutting, running the kiln, print making, and computer applications.
