We study the following units: Development of a Career Plan; Conducting a Job Search; Occupation-specific skills; Health and Safety in the Workplace; Teen Workers; Workplace Policies and Procedures and Effects of Economy on our Lives. During the second half of this course students complete a leadership project highlighting a successful business leader of their choice. The culminating project is a business/entrepreneurship project where students create as realistic a business as possible.
