Location: Sammamish Center for Visual and Performing Arts

Students must be willing to engage in a variety of physical and vocal

acting exercises on a daily basis, including a unit of stage combat.

Students will gain an in-depth study of character through analysis,

preparation, improvisation and delivery. They will also gain

experience in auditioning for, acting in, and directing a variety of

scenes in order to create believable characters. Students will be

faced with situations designed to strengthen their creative abilities

and increase their understanding of the dramatic process.
